Bring the noise

Sitting in silence and stillness is all very nice but there is nothing intrinsic to these conditions that gets you any closer to recognising the nature of your mind.

Sitting in a traffic jam on a hot day next to a pneumatic drill is equally conducive.

There is no situation that can hinder your ability to see what you are.
